ABOUT

I'm many things. In the real world, I'm a mechanical, software, and data engineer. I'm also a startup founder - where I work at Foratus; a startup dedicated to building infrastructure to enable human information. Before this, I studied mathematical physics at the University Of Waterloo, in Ontario, Canada, nearby my (second) hometown, Toronto.

I've been very fortunate (and depending on the day you catch me, unfortunate) to have had a unique, albeit at times difficult, upbringing. My life circumstances have given me the ability to have been exposed to people of all walks of life. This, coupled with my fond memories of childhood in which my sister, Abir, would read me bedtime stories of knights of yore and mystical kingdoms, has left me with an insatiable curiousity to learn more about the people that inhabit our world. I love stories, and people are the ultimate book.

Outside of this strange passion of mine, I'm also interested in just about everything. A few concrete real world examples include but aren't limited to, the fields of Quantum Chromodynamics, Real analysis (particularly, topology), Linear Algebra, Manufacturing Engineering, DFM, Effective software design, computer science, data engineering and analysis, and signal de-noising. In simple terms - I love to create.

I also love orthinology, and zoology as a whole.
